Questions from a first timer
I've booked to stay at Adagio Marne la Vallée Val d’Europe for 3 nights during half term, including park tickets for 4 days. So from the paperwork I've received (from Magic Breaks) it says to present the letter at the hotel to get the park tickets, is it actual tickets they hand over to me or will i need to queue at the park to get something to get in? I've never done this before so I don't want to misunderstand anything.
We're planning to arrive in the morning of the day we will be checking in even though we can't check in till 3 so we can make the most of that day in the park. Does anyone know if they issue the tickets daily or you get it all at the beginning? Last question - are the kitchen facilities in the apartments just a hob, microwave, kettle? No oven by the look of it? We've got the 5 person apartment which I'm praying will be suitable, it's 3 adults (me, husband and my dad, and 2 children 9 and 6). We can't wait to go Thanks so much in advance. |

I haven't stayed there before but I've booked packaged breaks before and they give you one ticket for your whole stay.
It's been awhile since I've booked this way but I doubt it's changed. Enjoy your trip |

You will be given the park tickets when you arrive - you will get one ticket per person that covers the duration of the stay.
Sorry I can't help with the apartment question but hopefully someone who's stayed there before will answer that bit for you. |

Thanks both I'm sorry for the late reply, I got so busy at work I forgot I'd asked this question. I do appreciate it!

We stayed in the Adagio last year. Was ok but the rooms are very much in need of refurb. We had to complain about mildew on the patio doors/ceiling as the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom it had built up and it wasn't cleaned.
The kitchen had a hob, Microwave, kettle and fridge. There were glasses, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery and I think a cafetiere. You can walk to the supermarket in less than 10 mins and buy everything you need and it was great for taking food for lunch etc to the park and saved us so much money. |
