Salad, beans on toast, warm sausage salad, egg on toast, chicken & sausage salad yesterday with ma and pa (ma's 89th birthday; I know how to spoil my ma with a salad, which she loved apparently! In my defence I did make a butter pecan cake, a lemon glazed top with crushed pecans), and beans on toast today. I'm not knocking myself out making roast dinners when the weather is like this, plus Wimbledon is on, not a chance

Just beat the salad shortage by going to the shops and buying packets of seeds and grow your own on the windowsill!
