you don't even need the band of the person with DAS as long as you are linked to them to the DAS. On a number of occasions this year i went and got DAS time for my son whilst he and wife did something else. Only when you get to your ride time do they need to be present.

I have never tried to book them with my own band tbh. I guess that rule isn't enforced.
