My Disney experience app down?
Anyone else having issues? Mine is currently showing a reservation I deleted ages ago and not showing our BOG lunch booking either. Should I call up?!

Also showing the same on the website?! Making me super stressed haha! When I try to cancel whispering canyon again it shows as an error so I'm hoping it just their end

No don’t phone, you’ll only waste an hour on the phone. MDE is going through some “issues”. It seems to be taking some time to sort.

They have been having major problems with MDE for about a week now. My app pops up with a message every time I open it to tell me. Across the various forums there are a number of threads on it so I wouldn't worry, it will all sort itself out in the end it's just taking them longer than usual.
On all of the usual forums/facebook pages it says that current call volume times are over an hour so I wouldn't bother calling as all they will tell you is that they are having issues

I couldn't resist and I phoned. Got thru straight away and she confirmed all reservations are fine, the app is experiencing issues but all my bookings are as they should be. I should trust what you guys say more 🤗

all ok for the rest of my family but my mnsshp and park tick has disappeared

I’m afraid there is very little pixie dust with the MDE. at the moment.
I’d rather it went down than all this one day it works then it doesn’t. Just take it down and fix the flipping thing |
