I don't think you can tell by just looking at the ticket.

You could phone Disney, give them the ticket number, and ask them to check for you.

But surely you know what tickets you bought? Most UK ticket websites ask you which year you are visiting Disney and sell you the ticket relevant to the year your select.

(BTW, your question isn't related to this thread. The date-based ticket pricing is being introduced to American Magic Your Way tickets - it doesn't affect the UK 14 day Ultimate tickets at all).

Apparent changes to park prices

Changes are a coming.
Last month Disney announced date-based ticketing pricing. October 16, Disney will release the details for the new pricing scheme. One of Disney’s stated goals is to more evenly distribute attendance at the parks. We expect the new date-based pricing will only affect crowds slightly. Even before date-based ticketing pricing, other travel expenses had variable pricing. Hotels, airlines, and rental cars adjust pricing based on demand. Travel patterns are primarily driven by work and school schedules.

Would this have much effect to the UK ultimate tickets?

Apart from them going up of course lol

Surely it would have more effect on the 1 day passes?

The Disney (and Universal) 1 day tickets were already different prices based on the date. They've been like that for at least 18 months.

UK Ultimate tickets aren't being affected by this change. The UK tickets will not change to date-based pricing at this time. I suppose they could change sometime in the future - at the earliest next year for 2020 tickets. However, they may never change to date-based prices.

Reminder this comes into effect tomorrow so if you want Disney tickets for less than 7 days you need to buy them today.

Orlando Attractions and Undercover Tourist still selling today.
