Tripp suitcases ?
Our suitcases are a bit worse for wear. They were only cheap, cost about £20 and lasted maybe 6 or so holidays. We go hand luggage only on short haul but need luggage suitable for the hold if further afield.
I wondered if anyone has these cases and if so would they recommend them or not. I quite like the idea of us each having one each in the same range but in different colours. Thank you ! |

Yes we’ve had them for years and they are brilliant. There will probably be quite a few on the carousel though, so label / mark them well.

We have just bought 3 of these from the Tripp website as our old ones were a bit worse for wear too, we each have our own colour raspberry, mint and banana! I love them, the look good seem sturdy and have a good locking system.

That’s great. Thank you. I have a 10% card holder discount from Debenhams. There is an outlet at Cheshire Oaks but I don’t think we will get there before we go away at half term.

I have just looked at them again. Do you think they are a bit heavy ( or maybe buy them and just avoid Ryanair!)

I have a few of these cases, they're not heavy at all in my opinion. Also the cases at Tripp Cheshire Oaks are pretty much the same prices as Debenhams for the large and medium sizes. They vary by colour mostly.

They might be slightly heavy but they are strong, which means they have a better chance of resisting the battering they get !
