There seem to be some good SSR coming out, just a shame about the UY. Does anyone know how long everything takes now? The paperwork arrived yesterday and was scanned and sent back today along with payment 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Estoppel next. You should be done in around a month to point of booking. I did one in 5 weeks from offer to points in account but that was exceptional.

Shame we cant find anywhere to use them on our upcoming trip though! Offer was accepted on 31.08...feels like this was super quick once we passed ROFR on 1st Oct! Thanks for all the help xx

Yes quick. Glad it went well. Another one I bought was 5.5 weeks from offer to booking. No such luck this time!
