Looking to play next July in and around the Kissimmee area and was looking for a bit of advice, what do you think is the best course for your dollar?

Hi best course or price, within 6/7 miles there are 50 plus courses. Among the most regularly mentioned, southern dunes, celebration, champions gate,Orange County, Palm and magnolia , Waldorf , tranquila formerly osprey ridge and our favourite grand cypress. Several of these have more than 1 course.

Where are you staying and have you considered a couple of nights at one of the golf resorts, grand cypress is an oasis of calm and yet 10 mins from Disney springs or a night at Bay Hill lodge and then of course this enables you to play the course

We have some good deals in the summer when our course is quiet. You can do the 'stay and play' which gets you a room, breakfast and a round of golf. If you come here, let me know, I can get you a good discount at our shop.

Ah we stayed at the lodge about 10 years ago year, I played but as our kids were a bit young then my wife and kids didn't. At that stage I would have been quite competitive and played of the championship tees which was a great test. Shot 80 so was delighted

Value wise I think Grand Cypress South and East are a great test for about 50 bucks in the summer. Orange County National and Waldorf are also well worth a look.
