There are numerous ships and boats in the area looking for the crew member including the one she's on of course.

Just seen this on Ship Crew News

A crew member working onboard Celebrity Reflection went overboard last night while the cruise ship was sailing from Mykonos to Rhodes. Ship’s captain turned around toward the last known position and crew launched search and rescue operation, but the crewman was not found. Celebrity Reflection officers reported the man overboard to the Greek Coast Guard who joined the search efforts sending Helicopter and rescue vessels to the area

Sorry, was a bit busy yesterday so didn't look back at this post.

My sister said they stayed in the area all day until the Greek coastguard called off the search - apparently it's always their decision and not a cruise ship decision.

The captain came over the tannoy and told all guests the ship had been stood down from the search and there was nothing more they could do apart from keep the crew member's family and friends in their thoughts during this difficult time. He asked for a 1 minute silence to be observed by all and hoped the crew member would wash up on a beach so at least it gave closure for the family.
They then sailed to Rhodes to spend the evening there.

My sister said it was clear the captain was upset by his voice.

Sad, just very sad.
