That is so abnormal for RPR - we stayed there for one night a couple of years ago and our door lock stopped working. We were locked out on a couple of occasions in the evening and they were excellent - even gave us complimentary breakfast the next day for all four of us.
I am sure they will sort this out, their customer service and rooms are usually impeccable. |

We have just got back and we stayed one night at RPR. We stayed in a 2 bed suite and the sofa bed had the biggest stain on the mattress, I like to think it was coffee
 We have always had clean rooms up to this point. Thankfully a staff member made the bed up and saw it herself. A photo was taken and I will send it to them as we were told our room was just being checked by a supervisor to check it was clean

Oh god 🙈 reading all these comments I don’t think I will bother booking a room there. There are 6 of us next year and I am footing the bill 😢 so that means paying for two rooms.
What are the benefits, stayed before but it’s been a while. Is it early entry to the park?

Could not fault our room And A La Carte breakfast was out of this world
