Can anyone recommend a place mid way between ID and HH to stop at(just incase we want to break the journey up). Not St Augustine as we will stay there on the way back. I have just read that they have an annual golf tournament every April which happens to be the time I was thinking of going. So will try and rejig to go from Easter Sun(which is the last day of tournament). Can anyone advise what traffic ect is like over Easter bank hols or is it just best to be not driving over this weekend? I was trying to avoid travelling a lot over this weekend or is it not that bad

A bit more than halfway and I've not been but the Golden Isles (Jekyll Island and Saint Simons Island) in Georgia look gorgeous. It's somewhere my OH and I really want to visit one day.
