I always have 2 in my backpack they are so useful! I have never had a problem at security though even at the airports. I use the Anker power banks they sell them on Amazon.

I've never had a power bank taken off me anywhere, and I've brought them along to many places (many many theme parks, airports, couple of concerts, musicals...). I would be really upset if anyone wanted to confiscate my current one as it's an incredibly nice Mophie one!
Also as pointed out - Disney themselves sell power banks in the form of Fuel Rods. So would be really surprised if they decided not to allow power banks in the parks...

We took ours in to the parks everyday this year with no problems so you should be fine.

I've just got back, and I took my Juice PowerBank into the park on numerous occasions (thanks to a faulty iPhone battery going from 100% to 68% in 10 minutes with no actual use of the phone) and I never had any issues

Power banks are absolutely fine to take into the parks! We took one in every day on our latest trip - along with several spare batteries for my vlogging camera.
As several others have mentioned, Disney do have Fuel Rods, which are power banks themselves so they wouldn't be able to enforce no power banks even if they wanted to! You'll be fine |

A 9V battery is also a type of sealed power bank, albeit one that cannot be recharged (unless it's a rechargeable 9V battery, of course). It typically has a lot less capacity than most modern day rechargeable power banks - only around 500mAh for the alkaline versions.
And, from what I can remember, they sell 9V batteries in the parks. Plus I think there might be one in the lightsaber I bought from HS.
