Mobile Tickets from Booth

Has anyone used those booths on street for universal tickets? Says $49 tickets... We only want 2 park 2 day ?

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Depending on which one you get, they are either:
$49 tickets but you attend a timeshare sales pitch
$49 for tickets that other people have bought and used but still have days on them. However, a used ticket will be linked to the original users fingerprint, and when you try to use them and your print doesn't match, then you're in trouble and hoping that someone on the gate will trust that it's a glitch and reset the ticket for you - unlikely when you're likely to have more than 1 ticket with the same issue (I'm assuming you're not on a solo trip) as it looks far too suspect.

I wouldn't use them. As mentioned above, in order to get them at that price you'll either need to sit through a timeshare presentation or they'll be second-hand tickets (which may or may not work when you come to use them).

Instead, I'd use a reputable seller like UndercoverTourist, OrlandoAttractions or Universal themselves! You can get 2-Park 2-Day tickets either at the entrance to the Universal parks or from Universal's website:
