Best Time For California Grill?

We only have room for one signature and I was thinking California Grill because of also being able to see the fireworks. What would you suggest is a good reservation time? Thanks

I would suggest trying for one between 75 and 90 minutes before the start time of the fireworks. That would allow time to be seated and have started your meal before they start.

I would say though that my understanding of Happily Ever After is that it is much better viewed from in the park and you miss a lot of what is happening by watching from CG.

I was thinking that it couldn't possibly be as good to see the fireworks from Cali Grill so maybe that's not the best choice for us.

It's definitely not as good because you miss all the projections on the castle. It's best to think of fireworks from CG as a different experience altogether.

BEST is to have a table by the window looking out over the magic kingdom and the fireworks whilst you're having a nice dessert

BUT you can always go outside on one of the walkways if you don't get that good a table.

It's a great experience. Atmospheric and exciting, but it's not the complete main street fireworks experience.

Different and great in its own way
