CX or changing ADRs
I know you are charged a fee if you CX. Are you charged if you change restaurant?

you are only charged if you cancel the reservation within 24 hours.
I dont believe you get charged if you simply move the reservation, and then cancel. However dont have any experience with trying this, so unsure if it works.
