I am totally confused by it all. I now can’t select seats according to virgin, it says I’m classic but with no hold luggage...
Having a nosey it looks like the code sharer isn’t official until 31.3.19, so I am wondering if Air France got a bit ahead of themselves and now put it on hold, as dummy booking suggest no virgin flights with them at all for many dates! |

I have been in a conversation via text with a lovely man called Martin.(Live chat wasn’t available for some reason)
My booking says that I have economy classic. He didn’t know why I could no longer select my seats or special meal. He confirmed that I still have the seats I selected last night & he booked my special meals. He also confirmed we have hold luggage included. We fly home on the 21/2 & he said that it will show in my booking in 11 days. If I have any problems booking the seats I will use the text service again. Really recommend it. Edited at 05:08 PM. |

Oh that's fab! Thanks for finding that out belle&tink 🤩. Hope the rest of the tickets are set out the same as yours (econ classic). I didn't know I could txt Virgin for help, always used live chat... How did you find the txt option?

I went into help/contact us. Really helpful people. Keeping my fingers crossed they don’t take my seats away because it doesn’t show them on my booking!

The same has happened to my seat booking. I went onto online chat and they confirmed my seats are still booked. I’ll go back to them in 10 days to book and confirm both flights so I’ll take a screenshot and check again nearer the holiday.

How are you all logging in? My outbound flight is now being sold by Virgin.
I have the 6 digit aloha numeric reference code from air fance, tried logging in on virgin with it, but it cant find my booking. I also tried the ticket number which didnt work - though that is not surprising as virgin quote a different format. |

^^ This is getting a bit nerve wracking! 😓. I would of thought it was the 6 digit code that AF provided would be it? I still can't log on, tho my outbound flight isn't available with VA till tomorrow x
