Price advice April 2020

Hi

Last time we did a DIY trip.

However, looking at flight prices wondered if a package would be cheaper.

Found a Virgin package from Manchester, for £7700 going 6th April 2020 2 weeks, for 2 Adults & 2 Children (14 & 11), includes flights, Vista Cay 2 bed appt, car hire, Disney & Universal tickets.

Opinions on this price please?

Thanks

This prices includes my virgin flying club discount too

That's a good price IMHO, direct flights with VA are expensive at Easter, so travelling on a Monday gets you a saving. TC for those dates are £3120 with luggage, so add on a villa and tickets and hire car and your back to the same price for DIY.

P.S. For me the price came to £8054, but you may have a great FC discount as I'm Red, did you add the car insurance?

Ahhh just double checked & only basic 3rd party included. If I choose the full inclusive insurance price jumps to £8054

We've done ours recently,TC out of G'wick 14 nts,car and Rosen hotel for £1840,for 2 of us.Called in a TC shop on a very wet and windy Wednesday lunchtime,we were the 1st customers they'd seen,so the price was very keen.p.s.never go on a weekend if you're after a brilliant deal told best days are Tues/Wed.Hope this helps.
