Lego-fathers day gift suggestions
Ds aged 9 has always collected Lego, we have tons of it. Hubby has always encouraged him... don’t know why 😂😂... but hubby keeps his own items in a display cabinet.
Hubbys favourite items are Back to the future set, ghostbusters set, Beatles yellow submarine, the latest tron set. Can anyone think of any Lego sets off the top of their head that would be a nice Father’s Day gift?

I was going to mention Yellow Submarine until I saw that he already had it. How about WALL-E?

The VW Camper is a great set - I'm not sure if Lego are still producing it or not. Other biggish sets knocking about here are WALL-E and R2-D2.

Women of NASA is a very cool and fun little build, Wall-E would have been a shout from me as well but I believe the kit is now discontinued
There's always the logo roller coaster with motor kit 😂 |

The Saturn V rocket is a good build, but costs quite a bit more than the Tron or Ghostbusters sets
How about the architecture sets? |

My DH built the ship in a bottle last weekend and that looks cool.
At the top of my wish list is the Simpsons House but I haven't got anywhere to put it. It's quite expensive but would look lovely in a glass cabinet I'd second the rocket too as DH enjoyed building that. He's still got the Capitol Building from the architecture range to build but it's too much white and beige to interest me! |
