*UPDATED* 28/1 - Upgrading from U.K. Disney ticket to annual pass?
Just wondering if anyone has had success with doing this recently and what the cost to upgrade was? Also, where did you upgrade your ticket? I'm sure I've heard that people have got the best deal at Disney Springs?
Update as of today, I upgraded for $54 per person! 👍🏼

It partly depends on where you bought your ultimate ticket. If you bought it from a 3rd party, Disney probably won't give you the price you paid. People have reported various prices, but I think most places in Disney now know how to calculate the upgrade price.
You should pay the difference between whatever Disney value the Ultimate ticket at and whichever AP you upgrade to. Exchange rate will affect the price. If you've used the Ultimate to gain entry to a water park, you can only upgrade to Platinum Plus. We've always upgraded before using our Ultimates, but I don't think you have to. In theory, the AP should expire 12 months after first use of the Ultimate. Work out what you think the upgrade price should be, then when you are given a price at Disney, decide if you want to pay. If not, you can try elsewhere to see if you get a better price.
