I agree it's cheeky of The Grove to charge extra for the lazy river tubes, especially as you are already paying resort fees. Nice morning at Disney Springs though. Food at Earl of Sandwich looks lovely.
Sounds like you all had a great time at Hollywood Studios, good idea to leave before it all got too much. I've never eaten anything other than breakfast at IHOP, but your food all looks good.
