Your favourite deluxe

Hi, pricing up some different options of split stays for next year, thinking of maybe 5 nights in a deluxe, have only stayed in CSR previously which was gorgeous, which would you choose as your favourite deluxe?, there is five of us and youngest daughter will be 12.

I think my favourite has to be The Contemporary. If you stay in the tower it's a straight choice of lake or MK view sides with no seriously obstructed views, nice big rooms, all two queens have a day bed, two table services plus one of the best quick service places. The walkway to MK is a massive plus if that's your favourite park. If you prefer Epcot or the Studios I would put BWI as second choice.

Beach Club for being able to walk, boat or skyliner to 2 parks and the Boardwalk. The Crescent Lake area is beautiful and the 1 mile circular walk around to the Boardwalk is really nice. Best pool complex onsite, and so many dining / drinking options either in resort or within a walk. Definitely our happy place

Think The Contemporary and the Beach club would both be amazing to be able to walk to parks, difficult to choose between😳😳

You can walk to 1 park from the Cont or 2 from the BC

Totally agree, The Contemporary was my first ever on site stay and I've loved it ever since so much so that I bought BLT DVC as soon as it was announced. I've stayed in all of the deluxe resorts and they each have something to offer but for me you can't beat The Contemporary.

With The Contemporary you can walk to MK or get the monorail to Epcot

I think it depends what your preferred location is. We loved Bay Lake Towers for being able to walk to MK but also loved the Boardwalk for it’s location.

I would happily stay at any of the deluxe hotels and choose based on location and price.

Animal Kingdom Lodge, I go and stay there without even bothering to do either WDW or Universal. We love the place so much.

My favourite so far is the Contemporary but I also loved Wilderness Lodge. We tried the Beach Club but I didn't like the atmosphere, pool or dining options there: others love it but we are not fans! Did like the stroll into Epcot though!
