We have just got back and went to santa fe buffet and it was lovely ,the pork maple and pineapple was beautiful and beef and black beans...loads of choice and I would definitely go back

That's good to know, we're staying there in February and I might consider it now. I sometimes think the 'cheaper establishments' are a bit overlooked, maybe even a slight snobbish element, including myself lol.

Same lol. Used the Chuckwagon cafe at Cheyenne last November as it was easier with my niece, we really enjoyed it.

We are staying at Cheyenne this time so might try Chuckwagon , had a good meal at the Steakhouse on our last visit . Any idea what time the fireworks are likely to be in February not sure what time to book for
