Recipes needed please

I’m not much of a cook - very basic, kids even though they’re older are quite fussy so we tend to have the same things regularly.

I really want to try some new recipes in the new year so can we share our favourites?

How about getting different seasonings to go on meat like chicken breasts etc . We do that a lot and then just roast all out veggies in a tray. We also like have Mexican meals and often buy the kits, however you can just get the wraps and make your own.

Not sure if you already do these recipes but;

Chicken breast stuffed with pesto and cheese and wrapped in bacon

Chicken and chorizo in a little cream sauce sprinkled with parmesan, it's basically a carbonara without the pasta

Chicken or lamb kebabs with peppers and dips- simple recipe of olive oil, mixed herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for half hour or so.
