Bush Gardens Shuttle

We have booked our park tickets for 2020 and will be planning a Day at Bush Gardens - I have only even been with family before and remember me and my mum getting quite lost on the drive back

We have the option of using the free shuttle but having never used it I know very little about it

do we need to book the shuttle before we go?

Any ideas of time it arrives at the park or picks up again?

Does it get full? - is there a chance we wont be able to get the day we want?

We could rent a car for the day but I have never drove in the US so not sure this would be a good first trip to try that out on.

Any tips around this would be gratefully received!
