Mobile Alamo return procedure at MCO

Grateful if anyone can advise on the least stressful way of returning hire care and also how much time we should allow. We have a free tank of fuel so will be returning empty.

Thanks for any advice

HL

Nice simple process... Just drive to the A or B side (ideally the same side as the terminal you'll be checking in for your flight at). Nice big signs which say "Rental Car Return". Just follow them in to the garage and then follow the signs for the rental company you've booked your vehicle with. A member of staff will then point to a row to drive down. park up and jump out. A member of staff will then come by and check your car in.

Should always check in 3 hours before international flights and allow extra time for congested roads.

Perfect thanks. We are planning on leaving bags of time and hopefully having a leisurely meal at MCO.

Just to add to Andy's advice just make sure that as you've already pre-paid for fuel you get a receipt with zero balance on it from the attendant before leaving your car.

To add to Andy's comments, the signs on your way into MCO will tell you what terminal to go to as it will list the airlines and what terminal Easy!

Also be aware that the car needs to be returned by the time on the rental agreement (you get when leaving the garage). This time could be earlier than your three hour check in time.

This is very important ! In the stress and rush of getting everything and everyone out of the car, handing over the keys and working out how to get to check-in it’s easy to just stuff their receipt into your pocket without checking it.
