Using own scooter (ECV) in Water Parks
Hi there
We travel next month and hubby will be bringing his mobility scooter with him from home. I know he'll be OK to use this in the main parks, but are they allowed in the water parks (mainly Typhoon Lagoon)? Many thanks

Thanks.
He's mainly wanting to do wave pool & lazy river. Do you have to have someone push the wheelchair or are they such that you can you do this yourself?

Don't know about Typhoon Lagoon but I have used my scooter at Blizzard Beach to get to the ride entrances I mainly do the tame ones like the lazy river, I transferred to the special manual chair to ride the teamboat springs ride though. They put the special chair in the raft behind mine so I had it when I got to the bottom. Just wrapped my scooter seat up with polythene and put a towel on top to stop it getting too wet as I went round the park.

Hi, when we were at typhoon lagoon last October I saw several people using mobility scooters so I can’t imagine it will be a problem.
