Where to eat at Epcot
Really struggling with where to eat here, son allergic to peanuts and hazelnuts so looking at Disney owned restaurants as not sure how good world showcase ones are
Ruled out so far: Tutto italia/Napoli as risk of cross contamination Rose and crown, while good for allergies, its the noise and tables close to each other that's off putting Teppan edo/biergarten - dont want to be sat with other families Nine dragons Morocco ones San angel inn not sure of? Hacienda is teatime only, need lunchtime France not great for allergies based on reviews I've seen So leaves coral reef and garden grill Kids not keen on characters so not sure garden grill worth the cost? What is the cost per adult for lunch? Coral reef, lot of reviews of mediocre food but nice setting Any suggestions or reviews ? We will be oop as not on dining plan Thanks

I would suggest LeCelier and as soon as you are seated ask to see the Chef.
I take my hat off to Disney restaurants about how good they are with allergies and other issues.

Le Cellier is a signature restaurant with prices to match.
I didn’t enjoy my meal at Coral Reef but I didn’t order seafood. I think in a seafood restaurant always order seafood... We like the Moroccan quick service and I can’t see peanuts or hazelnut on the menu at the table service (although I do see almonds). I’d also recommend Tappen Edo. We’ve never found sharing a table to be an issue. We’ve had some more chatty tables and some quieter but most just keep to them selves. It’s not like sharing a table on a cruise. The table is very big and the chef is doing a show so you don’t have to make any awkward small tsk. |

My DH has a peanut allergy and we felt very safe visiting many different restaurants on Disney Property last year. The chef would often come out to meet us to discuss his allergy/ies and in places like Tusker House someone walked around the buffet discussing what he could and could not have. Obviously nothing is 100% safe, but I was reassured that Disney take allergies very seriously. I hope this reassures you a bit.
I recommend Via Napoli |

Thanks just concerned the non Disney ones aren't up to same standards as Disney ones
As several with autism in family we dont want others at our table or even a chef preparing food while we eat like teppan edo, just not our thing. For le cellier, for the price it would have to be a meal worth the cost, alright if your on dining plan but as we're not I'm not sure can justify cost.

Garden grill is great and it’s a family style serving so something for everyone and you can ask for more.

There is always the option of popping out of the park to one of the options at the hotels on the boardwalk? Trattoria Al Forno or Ale and Compass perhaps?

E mail where you fancy and see what the Chef’s response is. I think they are better at dealing with allergies than you are giving them credit for.
