Universal annual passes

We are off to Florida again in October, I am trying to get 3 annual passes from universalorlando.com I add the tickets I want and then I press continue but the page just freezes am I doing something wrong, done all the usual things but it seems that I am only having issues here.

Also when it asks for arrival date do you have to collect the AP,s on this day, help would be very appreciated thank you

Try a different browser. You can pick them up anyday.

Thanks for that worked perfectly using firefox instead of edge.

Having now ordered the tickets do I have to go on the exact day I quoted when I ordered the tickets also is the first day of use through a park the start of the date of the annual pass many thanks

When you go through the gate, and get finger print taken, it will activate the pass. Getting them physically is irrelevant, it is first use that counts.
