What are you having for dinner tonight?
Also, what is your favourite mid week meal?
I am loosing the plot with my fussy daughter... tonight is Spanish chicken with potatoes but I am running out of ideas lol

We are having roast lamb but with new potatoes not roast.

I also have a fussy daughter. She just likes plain and eats a lot of jacket potatoes.

Tonight it is cottage pie ( which she will eat) I will make two so I can freeze one for next week. I love winter teas, stews, soups, curries. It is summer I get a bit stuck.

Last week I made a lasagne with roasted aubergine. It was delicious. We are eating far too much meat and I am trying to have at least one meat free night.

Maybe spag Bol, middle ds won’t eat it so I have to make something else for him. He doesn’t eat pasta, curries ir Chinese and likes plain food.
