3 park 3 day park to park ticket

Hi all we have a 3 park 3 day park to park ticket for our universal trip in August this year. We are planning to
day 1 universal studios
Day 2 islands of adventure
Day 3 a mix of islands and studios
Day 4 volcano bay with a separate ticket bought for this day.

Are we able to do this on the ticket we have.

Yep, but as you are using Volcano bay on a different ticket then you only need a 3 day 2 park hopper for days 1 to 3.

When you add all this together is it still cheaper than the 14 day 3 park UK tickets?
We recently used the 2 park 2 day hoppers and they worked well for us but we knew we would only manage Universal on 2 days.

Yes.

Although if you had a 3-park 4-day park-to-park ticket you could have gone to Volcano Bay on the 4th day and not had to buy a separate ticket. The difference in price between a 3-day ticket and a 4-day ticket is around $25 per person. You may want to ask at Guest Services about upgrading your ticket to add an extra day - it will be cheaper than getting a separate ticket.

It's a 3-park park-to-park ticket. Therefore, you can go to any of the 3 parks - Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay - on the same day.

You could do something like the following with your ticket:

Day 1: Mix of Studios and Islands
Day 2: Mix of Studios and Islands
Day 3: Volcano Bay in the morning/afternoon and Universal Studios in the evening

If you wanted a 4th day then just extend your ticket by a day.
