Shortish stay in July

Hello all... total newbie to Florida. We are (wife, me and two girls 16,13) adding a Florida stay to our USA trip in July

We will be flying down from NYC for a total of 8 days (6 I guess when you take away arriving and leaving days)

I'm wondering about park tickets... the best deal it seams to me is the 14 day ticket...but that is a bit over kill for us I think given we're really only there for six days. So I'm thinking 2/3 days in both Disney and Universal. Is there a good deal for that?

Reading the forum I see some suggestion that deals for this kind of duration might appear in May? Any advise on the bet options would be much appreciated.

As an aside, my wife is on crutches and probably wont be going on many rides, I know there isn't a "non-rider" ticket, but are there any concessions for her? She has a blue badge issued in the UK.

Many thanks in advance... first post on the DIBB!

For the Disney 2/3 day tickets try undercovertourist, orlandoattractions.com, and the US Disney site to compare prices. Link below for orlandoattractioins.com. The Disney Date Based tickets are cheaper than the Flexible tickets on orlandoattractions.com.

To get on the US Disney site go on the link below, at the top of the page you will see UK & Ireland (English), click on this and change it to United States (English), then go on Parks & Tickets.

For the Universal 2/3 day tickets try undercovertourist and orlandoattractions.com, orlandoattractions.com only do the Park to Park tickets though. Link below for orlandoattractions.com.

Don't forget that if you want to ride the Hogwarts Express or park hop at Universal you will need the Park to Park tickets, but if not buy the Base tickets.
