I've purchased PDF tickets to print at home, when I'm there will I be able to exchange these for real tickets.
They are the 2 day with 3 free days. |

Yes you can. You will have to go to the Guest Services window and don't forget to take ID with you.

If the pdf has a barcode on it, it normally means you can use it at the gate and gain access, so you do not need to queue at customer services. In the morning this can be over an hour long, because it is so slow moving as they try to sell you lanyards etc., wasting you time in the park when you don't need to. Lots of people seem to have A4 sheets of paper at the gates nowadays.
My advice would be if you want to change them for real tickets, if you want them, later in the day, when the queues have gone, say when you are exiting. |

Jumping on this thread as in a similar position...
We booked tickets as part of a package with Thomas Cook as they were the cheapest at the time (They were still charging the 2018 price at the time for 2019 tickets) 14 day 3 park tickets. I've received the e-tickets which have a bar code, and state just to go straight to the turnstiles. I wanted an actual ticket as I don't want to carry a print out or my phone all the time. We're staying at Cabana Bay - Are we able to exchange for an actual ticket in the hotel or do we need to go to the park? |

There is a desk to the left as you go into cabana bay reception. We exchanged out pdf tickets there last year.

Yes you can.
Most of the people you see using A4 sheets only have 1or2 day tix, so not worth the trouble.
