Received my Halifax Clairty fee free credit card today as I have been stung with some non-sterling transaction fees booking hotels and activities on this trip!
Renewed our Estas and got the new Etas for Canada too. (all booked on old credit card so a few fees added in too)

It was much quicker and less questions than the Esta- however you have to wait for email confirmation that you have been accepted. This only took a few minutes though

More things booked-
changed my Premier Inn at Gatwick from just over £70 to a £35 saver rate now they have been released Also booked our Salt Lake city hotel for 2 nights at a Howard Johnson right in the centre near Temple square. Have stayed at Howard Johnsons before and always found them good value , a bit like Premier Inns, you know what you are getting.

Also, finally sent off for my oldest sons new passport as it has run out and its his first adult passport.
I didnt bother getting his photos countersigned so will just have to wait and see if they approve it!
