Fairytale shopper

We arrived at Windsor Hills in Kissimmee today and want to express my admiration and thanks to Tim from Fairytale personal shopper. Tim emailed me yesterday regarding a problem with my order, which included grocery shopping and receiving a magic band delivery and I have to say he went above and beyond in making sure he was at our villa within an hour of us arriving with everything we ordered.

Its now 9pm, 2am UK time and we are off to bed, suitably stuffed with publix chicken and Bud.

Thats so sweet of Tim, poor Beth is quite ill at the moment so good for him doing this. I know they are closing the business for now but hope some day can pick it up again, Lets hope Beth is back on her feet soon been so worried about her

Sorry for changing the topic of this thread but a few of you appear to know more than I do. Do you happen to know what they're doing with ongoing matters? They're holding parcels for me and I haven't heard anything from them, so I don't know if they will continue to accept them or if I should stop having parcels sent to them. I'd rather ask here than to have to burden them with more emails.

They said they were honouring any orders they had received, but they wouldn't be accepting any new orders, even from existing customers.

Oh no, I hope Beth is ok?
I have dropped them an email to see if they want to post my goods instead as they have been so helpful and I don't want them to have to worry about holding my shopping if they have other more important things going on.
Can I just ask how you all found out that Beth was poorly?
