Wow that's amazing compensation! I'm currently awaiting a response to some issues we had so I will be interested to see!
That said, I still flipping love the place and I'm currently buzzing for my next trip! (I was allowed to use my "dis pass" and discuss it for an hour- now it's over I'm back here for more)

We have been fairly lucky over the years. Last May we had EMH in the studios (we've never had EMH in the studios before) and crush was closed due to technical difficulty, that was about the worst thing we've had :-) walk on parachutes (and 5 min re-ride) was enough to make up for it though.

We experienced a triple ride on star tours once. 3/4 way through someone was ejected for ignoring the "stop taking photos" and the ride restarted (some left). the ride was stopped when a kid started screaming and the ride restarted (some left). DD thought it was the best thing ever to have had a triple ride :-)

A few "conveyor rides" (Buzz etc) have stopped before I always assumed it was for wheelchair transfers.

We went in Feb and experienced nothing breaking down the whole trip, maybe we were just lucky!
