Guess who we bumped into today
Luke Evans who played Gaston in the remake of Beauty and the Beast. He was at a well known hotel /beauty spot just outside of Bolton. No photo unfortunately as I dont like approaching celebs. It was my wife who noticed him. He was on the Graham Norton show last week otherwise we would have been non the wiser.

I do like that guy. He seems approachable. I think I would pass anyone famous because I’m always in a world of my own.😊

I love him, I think he’s a fantastic actor, I first saw him in a BBC drama about the great train robbery and thought he was fantastic then.

My wife works in Bolton town centre and she said earlier this week that she saw some film equipment trucks in the cantre. I wonder if he is doing some filming there.

It was in Bromley Cross if that helps. I’ve just read he was up this way for a surprise birthday party for Sir Ian McKellen.

We live a few miles away in Worsley. We used to go up there often but haven’t been for years, I’m not familiar with anywhere else in the area. It’s very nice up there though.
