I have read on here of people moved from POR into AKL the same week we are expected but we have not had our confirmation or linked. They better not come back and say AKL is full

Mines on the website but not the app. I've read previously that it sometimes doesn't show on the app until a year out.

My booking this year linked in days on the desktop site but didn't show on the app until a year out.

Bit of a worry when the Disney ref would not work, but they had my last name as first name, but got it sorted quickly.

I have to say I have been impressed with ATD, they have been nothing but helpful on the phone and have done everything they said they would when they would. It shows they are a small office as everyone seems to communicate with each other. Disney have basically shafted them over late 2019 bookings.

VH should take a hard look at ATD to fix their awful customer services.

I'd originally booked 1 night through Disney UK, unable to add further nights as no deluxe availability. Long story short I'd booked majority offsite as I wanted a 'real' luxury resort but, being rather hypocritical, I've changed my mind and I do now want to stay onsite, even though I do moan about the ridiculous rack rate prices for the standard of hotel. When I looked yesterday only deluxes available are AKL and GF for my dates. I was told, and as I had heard previously anyway, irrespective of inadequate customer service from some agents, it is Disney US who have pulled rooms from the UK market (the CM let slip due to the anticipated SW launch), it is possible more rooms may be released but I was advised to get the room I initially wanted I should book through the US site. In the end I went with VH for AKL, fantastic price including my UC flights with flying club discount, substantially cheaper than booking with Disney UK/DIY flights. Will see what happens re linking to MDE.

I had the call a few weeks ago, I was able to answer. I told them I wasn’t interested in Coronado and asked for Animal Kingdom Lodge.
