Where do i get gift card from

We booked direct with disney for accomodation and got free DDP and a $200 gift card. I remember getting some information about the gift card and where to get it from and what I need to take to get it but I cannot for the life of me remember or find the communication.

Could someone let me know please?

You receive a tear off voucher in your pack, which you take with photo id to World of Disney store at Disney Springs.
The store is undergoing renovation so there is no dedicated customer services desk, but a cast member will sort you out.

Yes Disney end out a pack of vouchers a few weeks before travel. I would call them and ask if they’ll email you the voucher.
