What’s the smallest countdown / latest you’ve booked Florida?

I’ve always booked a year in advance to get the free dining. Does the Disney site have good last minute offers or is it generally the travel agents that have the last minute deals? And in school holidays? Good for future reference as I’ve never left it late.

We've done similar a few times not even a 24 hour countdown
