BA Car Hire

BA are currently doing 7days for the price of 5.

Their Budget quotes are very reasonable. Also Budget allow a spouse or partner as a free additional driver.

It might be worth checking out.
I've just cancelled my May booking with Hertz and saved £97. 👍😎

That 7 for 5 comes up quite regularly. You get second driver free if you are a BA executive Club member on both Avis and Budget

I’ve never not seen the 7 days for the price of 5 when you book via BA; we book 6-7 times a year with them.

I’ve had the 7 for price of 5 days a few times, even out of those times I find BA to be very competitive

BA Executive Club only gives the free additional driver if you book an Avis car. That's why I have pointed out that the spouse is a free driver in the USA with Budget

Ooh! Hadn’t noticed that, as we always use Avis, thanks for the heads up

Reading the small print it looks like the second driver must also have a credit card, only one of us has one and no intentions of getting another just for this is there no way round this ?

We're here now and BA/AVIS preferred car hire.
DH showed his card bit they didn't want to see my license and definitely didn't want my CC.
