After, unless say I’m on holiday and leaving to go out for breakfast then it will be before.

when my son had braces he was told that he should do mouthwash before brushing too because of washing away fluoride in the toothpaste i think.

You can't beat a nice toothbrush at the Premier Inn. Followed by a few glasses of OJ. Great traditional pre holiday combo.

Better save hard for those implants. I had one done a few ago for £2,500! Or a small boat price!

I brush before breakfast upstairs, then check before I leave the house for cereal bits and brush again in the downstairs cloakroom.

Both.

I eat breakfast after my children go to school and do not want to kiss them as they leave for school with stinky breath. Minty kisses 😚😘😚

My house is too small to have a downstairs cloakroom

You would be lucky to get a small boat for £2,500. The one below is the cheapest on ebay at that's worth 2 implants (£5,000)

I am intrigued by the minty taste still being there... I brush my teeth when I get up. I spit, don't rinse... as advised, then get on with having a shower, sorting my hair, feeding the dog, taking my medication, sorting out the dishwasher, putting on laundry, before having breakfast and leaving for work. My breakfast tastes like breakfast...

I brush before breakfast and after breakfast and at night, if my mouth feels icky during the day I brush then as well. I used to have lovely teeth but now I’ve lost a few at the back and my front ones are chipped due to teeth grinding. I want them fixed but thro Lockdown the dentist wasn’t interested! 😔
