We also loved it there were 2 in London one was a very small booth style store at Bond Street station. There was also one years ago in the Legoland Windsor car park which is very close to home for me. I would often pop in to pick up a box and was gutted when it closed!

My office is on these services - for the sake of my diet, really hope it’s not true 😱

It wasn’t as good as WDW or Vegas but I liked it when I visited - More or less once a week for the period it was open!

It certainly wasn't as nice as the beautiful Art Deco DLP version which has an upstairs themed to the Earl's library, and overlooks Lake Disney and the Panoramagique balloon. That's got to be the most beautiful.
The London one had a pokey little room downstairs - which nevertheless fitted in a motley collection of Dibbers for a great meet. The sandwiches were fine though. If it had better premises and a better location maybe it would have survived. But people couldn't see what set it apart from Subway that made it twice the price.

I remember a Wendy’s in Leeds years ago. It always seemed busy when we went but then it just disappeared.

Yes, there was one in London in the 90s. I did try it but wasn't impressed.
Bubba Gump and Rainforest Cafe are also in London as is Planet Hollywood. I find them all overpriced and mediocre, personally. Shake Shack seems to have succeeded in the UK though as does Five Guys (though I won't pay those prices!)

I used to go and hunker down downstairs and there was hardly ever anyone else in there!
I liked going for nostalgic reasons 😂 plus the sandwiches are / were definitely different to Subway! I have a vague recollection of chatting about this EOS with you before many years ago. I never managed a Dibb meet here though The DLP one is beautiful but I’ve found the last few times the sandwiches have not been quite right |
