If you don't have a ticket , you can not access the reservation system.

We don't know how long the reservation period will be in operation for.

If the reservation system is still in place but by the time you buy tickets, there is no reservations for your days, you will not be going to the parks.

So you are in a wait and see right now. There is nothing you can do until you get park tickets and there are no answers to your questions.
So how can they sell tickets without spaces?
Wondering are they introducing a new system that you have to put dates in when purchasing them? Would buying them from Disney direct be the safest?

It's a hard decision isn't it ! With lots of money which maybe wasted

What would u do if u were in my shoes bad pink think?

When tickets go back onsale , you will be able to check the reservation system to see if you can get into the park before you buy tickets.

If I was you, I wouldn't plan the Disneyland part of the holiday at the moment. I would plan a California / LA holiday with the Disneyland part as a maybe.

I would leave 4 or 5 days blank in your itinerary, with Plan A as Disneyland and a Plan B, alternatives for those days, a back up plan, just in case.

Unfortunately for you, with no tickets, you can not assume you will be able to visit Disneyland.

Thank you .
Villa in Spain being booked as we speak, with dirt cheap Air fares .
Will start planning again later in the year when I know how it’s all panning out.
Good luck everyone still hoping to go , hope it improves drastically over there for you all, ASAP 🤞🏼

My heart's not in it, I just wish mine was being cancelled. As it stands it's all going ahead and I haven't planned for months and am stressing about it so much.

I’m sorry to hear that ☹️ That’s what I was like .
It’s not a holiday when you have to constantly worry.
In your case I hope the borders are closed or your flight is cancelled .
There is still that possibility as Trump was teasing about another payment for it’s citizens so I’m wondering if it will be the one to encourage Americans to holiday at home which could mean borders will still be closed throughout summer?

Thank you, I'll keep my fingers crossed for something like that. I'm trying not to stress about it but when I think about it my stomach flips. We also have Hawaii and non-refundable DVC rental booked in same trip, DVC rental store were less than helpful. xx

We had Hawaii too but non dvc.
That was the first thing we cancelled as we couldn’t be confident it would be open then .
I have heard they’re being pretty nonchalant about it all which is unfair considering what’s been going on .
Such a shame as I’ve read your trip reports and my dd9 would’ve loved playing with your girls if we were out there the same time .
Really hope it works out for you , chin up x
