You may be lucky in not having an issue yet, good luck getting it sorted if you do. They don't come last in customer satisfaction surveys for no reason.

They are still under FCA investigation as well for their conduct.
I’ve hit compliance with them a few times, they are slow but get there in the end. As an active user in this market I have had my fair share of KYC checks and I’d say Revolut are middle of the road. I prefer them over Starling now for obvious reasons being a points collector.

I’m glad you’ve never had a problem obviously.

Wearing my sensible head though, I would caution anyone against trusting any financial services company with a lot of money based purely on their past performance. Before committing, take note of any issues or rumours flagged on the web or social media.
