Linking Tickets to MDE

Hi all, we’ve booked for 2 weeks Sep 21 and hopefully everything’s going to be ok by then!
I’ve managed to link the hotel reservation to MDE but can’t seem to link tickets. I’ve booked through Disney and booking confirmation doesn’t seem to work. Just says this reservation is already linked to my account but tickets not showing.
It’s a bit of a pain as I’d like to book park reservations.
I should say we only made the booking a couple of days ago so I don’t know if it takes a little time

If you bought everything through Disney, then you only need to link up once. You presumably only have one reference if you booked as a package?

For some reason though it can take tickets a bit longer to show up versus the hotel even with a package. So long as your invoice shows the tickets, I wouldn't worry but keep checking, logging off and on again for next few days and I am sure they will show up. Loads of park availability at the moment so no immediate concern.

Thanks yeah the tickets show on the invoice so should all be ok. Just keen to get going with it!

Why don't you trying booking parks and see what happens.

I have tried and it asks me to link tickets. When I use the confirmation number I says booking is already linked

We had exactly the same problem last week.The CM I spoke to gave me the number of the Disney internet people and they sorted it. The number is 08001690749. They don’t open till 1200 our time but they were really helpful.
Hope you get it sorted.
