When we flew back from Miami in March our original flight was cancelled and we were given free return PE flights valid for 3 years.

Just a thought do you think these might be extended a year as they couldnt be used this year?

If you ask you might be surprised to see they say yes. They may play hard ball though and say flights have only been grounded for 8 months so you have had over 2 years of available dates.

You'll only know if you ask. Also as it is Virgin, if at first you don't get the outcome you want, just dial again and speak to someone else. The rules seem to be "personal choice" on behalf of the employee rather than applied consistently
