Anyone else stiff in the morning?

Most mornings I get out of bed I am really stiff and I can't walk normally for a good few minutes. I guess this is down to old age and when I do physical work (like fitting a kitchen) it affects my lower back.

Anyone else stiff in the morning?

I'm sorry to hear that, at least my stiffness doesn't last for very long.

You should take up swimming MH.

I find a bit of breast stroke helps after a few lengths.

I have a bad neck since 35, it’s a bulging disk. I have bad shoulder pain and neck ache if I carry any heavy shopping. If I sleep awkward I’m in pain, now my knee is bad and I’ve been hobbling up and down the stairs. Stena stair lift next!
