Couch to 5k
Just wondered if anyone has lost weight doing this ? I have started to eat a healthier diet and did day one of the c25k routine today . I wanted to know if anyone had good results to spur me on

There is loads of us that have done it
 It kick started me t get back to fitness. Completed the 5K (never thought i would get there after day 1) and was so elated. My right hip decided running wasnt for me but I do joined the gym and do regular classes now. The couch to 5K was brilliant for me. Really noticed my legs and bum toning up too. Go for it...well done for going out in this horrible weather. I did most of mine on the treadmill

i have been doing this on my treadmill for about a month - i havent lost alot of weight but my shape has changed dramatically. I have a waist for first time in years and i feel great

I went for my first run tonight haha donning my coat and woolly hat ha ha only went 20 mins but its a start I guess xx
