Buying online from US stores, using a UK card or Paypal and delivered to a US address, how?

How do people manage to order from US sites? Can someone explain how you get parcels sent to a different address than the card/Paypal is registered? Or am I over thinking this and do they ship to any address you supply?

Never done this but if the site allows purchase with a non US card, getting it delivered to an address other than the billing address should work the same as UK sites.

I never have UK online orders delivered to my home address, always my work address.
At checkout somewhere, there has always been the option to tick a box choosing to have it delivered to a different address than the billing address.

Whilst not quite the same thing, when we owned I used to contact US eBay sellers, most were happy to ship to Fla knowing they'd be paid in US dollars via Paypal.

I pay for our Fla car insurance each November, my Clarity card settle with no concerns.

JC, the only way to know for sure is give it a try
