The Kuna Mahuna Croatia Holiday - Day Nine - Relax!

Today we decided to just relax, we have had a very busy holiday so far with lots of fun activities but we also need to just rest a bit!
We went down to the lovely beach here at the Hotel, it's called 'Duce' beach and is very popular with locals. The kids went off to jet ski, and then pedalo again! I started a new book, based in Afghanistan it's really good.

We got some iced coffees and a nice pot of English tea -

We also had a bit of a picnic -

Then we headed up to the pool for a change of scene!

I had this view while I sunbathed...

For dinner we went back into Omis, we saw a wedding in the little church, and the bells rang for ages afterwards! It's such a lovely little town.

There were little kittens under the table and the kids took great pleasure in feeding them (much to the annoyance of the lady on the next table) but who can resist baby cats?!

We walked back via the funfair, and the kids all went on the trampoline and bumper cars again, tomorrow is our last day and we are celebrating our son George's 18th birthday (which is actually on Sunday but that's our travel home day). Good night! 🙋

Happy belated birthday Mel! Sorry I missed this earlier!

We had a lovely time, George has become really good company, (as opposed to when we took him to florida in 2014 he was pretty grumpy! ) We are hoping he and Bethany will join us next year in Florida. What I loved was seeing them behave like children - enjoying pedalos, etc.

It's lovely when our older kids come through the grumpy stage, Ryan has become much better company too whereas Charlotte is heading into grumpy territory at a rate of knots!

George and Bethany make a lovely couple.

Were you in a cabana on the beach?...

Thanks, they are really cute together. Yes, beach cabanas came with hotel. They were really nice.
